The 251 original category positions are unchanged.
Applied the personal-name publication policy: 15 evaluated listings are withheld, including 4 previously named ranked firms occupying 7 reserved slots. Other positions were not renumbered. Contractor phone numbers were removed from public output.
Corrected commercial-policy wording: relationships do not change scores or eligibility, and payment never buys a position. Previously deferred records are available with evidence status; the frozen edition is not retroactively re-ranked. No new Google review pull is represented by this revision.
