Keep the limits with the number

The 2026-10-24 discovery collection contains 414 distinct listings, of which 399 have public records under the privacy policy. It is a search-derived sample. Review observations describe Google listings; warranty and method fields describe company statements. Source and authority dates are shown on each record, through 2026-10-27.

A composite score is not a category rank, inspection, license guarantee or prediction of construction quality. Null means unknown. Do not infer the absence of a service, warranty, permit or credential from a missing field. Do not add overlapping metro samples or combine reviews from related listings.

Attribution

Cite Foundation Benchmark, the exact page title and URL, the measured date and FB-2026Q4-2. Preserve the denominator and link to the primary statement or authority when discussing a specific company. Data exports are offered for research and citation; underlying third-party data remains subject to its source's terms.
