Personal information and phone numbers
We withhold individual licensee names and listings presented as personal-name businesses. We do not publish contractor phone numbers, homeowner project addresses, private correspondence or contact information submitted through our forms. For company contact information, use the linked company website or Google listing.
Unsupported conclusions
We do not certify structural safety, workmanship, insurance, current license standing or suitability for a particular home from a ranking. A registry match, manufacturer listing and company statement are different evidence types. Unknown fields stay unknown; a blocked portal is not a negative credential finding.
Purchased category positions
No company can buy a ranking, a better score or preferential treatment under the method. Commercial relationships follow the same criteria. Any sponsored placement must be labeled and separate from the ranked list; a reporting or matching product cannot change the positions.
Private submissions
A correction, company addition or record claim is reviewed privately before any supported record change. We do not publish the sender's identity or submission automatically. Read the privacy notice or request a privacy review.
