Review timing
We aim to review complete requests within five business days. Identity questions, inaccessible authority records and conflicting sources may take longer. If you provide a reply email, the desk can request clarification; no marketing consent is implied.
Corrections and removal
Supported factual errors are corrected with a dated change record. Scoring changes require recalculating the affected cohort under a dated ranking revision. Personal information, mistaken identity, impersonation or unsupported private details can be removed after review. A commercial company cannot purchase a favorable correction or suppress an accurate dated business record merely by buying a report.
